10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
→ Garnish
11 - Fresh dill or parsley sprigs
12 - Microgreens (optional)
# How To Make It:
01 - Wash, trim, and cut all vegetables as needed, leaving some carrot tops attached to resemble a garden.
02 - Combine hummus with finely chopped black olives and spread the mixture in a thick strip or oval on a large serving board to mimic a garden bed.
03 - Sprinkle toasted panko breadcrumbs and chopped parsley evenly over the hummus to simulate soil texture.
04 - Insert the carrots vertically into the hummus soil, giving the appearance that they are growing from the ground.
05 - Distribute sugar snap peas, cherry tomatoes, radish halves, cucumber slices, and bell pepper strips around the carrots to complete the vegetable patch.
06 - Decorate with fresh dill, parsley sprigs, or microgreens for extra color and the effect of carrot tops, then serve immediately.
