# What You Need:
→ Seaweed
01 - 8 large sheets roasted nori
→ Seasoning
02 - 2 tbsp sesame oil
03 - 1 tbsp tamari or gluten-free soy sauce
04 - 1 tsp maple syrup
05 - ½ tsp sea salt
06 - ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
07 - 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
→ Optional Garnishes
08 - 1 tbsp crushed wasabi peas
09 - 1 tbsp finely chopped green onion
# How To Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 285°F. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Mix sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
03 - Place a nori sheet shiny side down on the parchment. Brush lightly with the seasoning mixture.
04 - Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the nori sheet. Lay another sheet on top and brush with seasoning. Repeat until all sheets are layered, finishing with seasoning on top.
05 - Using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, cut the stacked sheets into bite-sized strips or squares.
06 - Spread the pieces evenly over the baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to cool completely; the snacks will crisp as they cool. Garnish with crushed wasabi peas and chopped green onion if desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
