# What You Need:
→ Tortillas
01 - 4 large flour tortillas
→ Cheese
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
→ Optional Fillings
04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
05 - 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
06 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
→ For Serving
07 - Sour cream
08 - Salsa
# How To Make It:
01 - Use a sharp knife or cookie cutter to cut snowflake patterns into 2 tortillas to serve as tops.
02 - Place the remaining 2 whole tortillas on a work surface. Evenly sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each, leaving a 1/2-inch border. Add optional fillings if desired.
03 - Top each cheese-covered tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer one quesadilla carefully to the skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and cheese begins to melt.
05 - Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the other side for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove from skillet and repeat with the second quesadilla. Allow to cool slightly before cutting into wedges. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
