01 - 16 slices soft white or whole wheat sandwich bread

→ Filling

02 - 5 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
04 - 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Decoration

06 - 16 large green grapes or pitted green olives (for eyes)
07 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, halved (for cheeks)
08 - 16 peppercorns or mini chocolate chips (for eye pupils)
09 - 8 small pieces of red bell pepper or carrot (for mouth)
10 - 16 thin slices radish (optional, for cheeks)

# How To Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Using a large round cookie cutter (approximately 3 inches), cut frog face shapes from each bread slice.
03 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over half of the bread cutouts. Top with cucumber slices, then cover with remaining bread circles to form sandwiches.
04 - At the top of each sandwich, cut two small slits with a sharp knife. Insert a grape or olive half (cut side down) into each slit and attach a peppercorn or mini chocolate chip to each eye using a small amount of cream cheese as adhesive.
05 - Place cherry tomato halves or radish slices as cheeks and use small strips of red bell pepper or carrot to create smiling mouths.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours prior to serving.
